One Year is All You Need

As a regular reader of "Men's Health," I have long enjoyed its articles for their entertaining style and the useful information contained in its pages. After several years, however, it has become obvious that there are only so many abs exercises, or amusing sex tips, or ways to portray men as charmingly stupid. I realize that I no longer need to buy the magazine as I can just look at the back issues I have instead. It covers the basics well, but does it over and over, so my advice is to enjoy it for a year and then go on to more advanced things on your own.

The best Health magazine you can buy!

Even though I'm a woman, I started reading Mens Health because the women's fitness magazines were all fluff. I liked it so well I bought a subscription for my son, who reads every issue cover to cover.

As a nurse, I find the health articles to be cutting edge, especially concerning diet and the prevention of coronary artery disease (the biggest killer of men in the US).

Since this magazine is geared towards young men, the sex articles go with the territory. The articles are well written; generally encouraging men to behave in a sexually responsible manner. How can any woman object to articles that instruct men on how to please a woman?

Great Magazine

I don't think this is the BEST men's magazine out there, but I think the magazine is pretty decent. I paid about $12 for a year's subscription through a magazine wholesaler and I think it's worth that much, maybe even more. Definitely worth a try.
