Love the Magazine, Hate the Subscription Service

I have been subscribing to Magic Crochet for many years. I have the 1st issue up to #132 and a few more out of sequence after 132. The subscription service is horrible. They bill for magazines already paid for. You can send copies of your check, it's never aknowledged. They just keep sending more bills. Before you get a magazine or two, they are billing you again. I sent a check Nov 2003 and have yet to get the mag. It's now Mar 2004. How do we get their attention? They have no website or email address that I can find. Any requests to them are on deaf ears. What's wrong with these people? With such a great mag, why won't they provide better service and accounting? Guess I will have to resort to purchasing used mags. I've lived here for 20 years so it can't be that. HELP US CONTACT THEM.

The problem I had w/ the magazine was that i would get double issues. So I stoped ordering them.

Consider Myself Warned

I ran across some old issues of this magazine and was quite impressed. Thought I would subscribe if it was still available. After reading so many laments about the subscription service, have decided I don't need the headache. Too bad, a really nice magazine and no local availability. Just wondering......IS ANYBODY LISTENING?????
